Have you ever tried Coconut Crystals low glycemic sugar alternative? It’s not too sweet and works well in recipes — I use it in my vegan pancakes.

Robin and Merri:
I have to agree, I don’t get it either. In the past my best friends have always been men, some gay, some straight. I look girly but apparently my mind is more male, so a lot of women don’t get me. But at the same time, I don’t make connections with people because of their gender, male or female, it just depends on the person.

Wow, what a cool class! I would have liked a glass of red wine Not sure I have the patience for painting though. I used to be an art student (18 years ago!), I mostly worked with pastels and charcoal, but it really tried my patience. I got a few good drawings out of it though. What kind of paint did you use?
Oh and people are sloooooooowwww here, lol. Once I passed this fella in the street, and in an annoyed tone of voice, he said, “you’re a real storm trooper, aren’t you?” Lol.

I would make you an eggplant dinner for your birthday Josie if you weren’t so far away!! LOL straight from my local, organic CSA but who knows, they might have snuck it over from AZ without telling me. Wherever it came from, it was good!
