The Jeans Saga

September Now Note: I wrote this at the end of July and forgot to post it… If you’re my facebook or twitter friend, you may probably have heard me complaining about the whole jeans thing LOL.  After I wrote this, I found a coupon for personally tailored jeans from an online company. Great idea! I haven’t done them yet but I will soon, and report back on the process!! Baby Shopping

It’s been a while since I’ve written about my sister’s baby. Yes, she’s still pregnant. There’s an 80something percent chance it’s a girl, which I didn’t really care either way if it was a boy or a girl anyway. Except I think that a girl is going to be more fun to shop for. I’ve never been a baby store/baby clothes sort of person. I know some women like to browse that stuff just cuz, but not me. Impuse Buying, or Planning Ahead?

Are you an impulse spender or someone who plans ahead? Since I’m always single, I tend to worry about money a lot. No one to fall back upon in a time of emergency. If I think about making a purchase, my first instinct is that I should probably just save the money. Purchases I think about tend to drag on. At the end of summer or early fall, I realized that I’d had my ipod for probably five years. It is likely to break at any moment, and I began to question whether it works as well as it did when new.
